Customer Service Representative (Remote LATAM)

About the role

Uproot Clean, a fast‑growing eco‑friendly cleaning brand for pet owners, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver high‑quality, human‑focused support at scale. This fully remote, full‑time position serves customers across LATAM, handling inquiries via email, support platforms, and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries through email and dedicated support tools, ensuring fast, accurate, and brand‑consistent replies.
• Monitor and engage with DMs and comments on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok while maintaining the company’s tone.
• Process order changes, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges in line with company policies.
• Resolve complaints with empathy, investigate issues thoroughly, and provide complete solutions.
• Share recurring feedback with internal teams to help improve products and operations.

Required profile

• Clear, empathetic written communication in English.
• Comfortable handling high volumes of interactions and multitasking across platforms.
• Calm under pressure, detail‑oriented, and takes ownership until issues are resolved.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience in ecommerce or direct‑to‑consumer customer service.
• Strong written English communication.
• Familiarity with social‑media support (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) is a plus.
