Customer Service Representative – Policy Servicing

About the role

This position focuses on policy servicing for life and annuities insurance, handling end‑to‑end maintenance tasks, documentation updates, and data accuracy checks. The role operates on a rotational shift schedule within a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end policy servicing activities, reviewing requests, validating information, and executing updates.
• Perform detailed verification of policy data and documentation using office productivity tools to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with operations, customer support, underwriters, claims, and finance teams to resolve servicing issues and align actions.
• Prepare reports and status trackers using spreadsheets and presentations for management review.
• Maintain digital files and logs for policy changes such as endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and beneficiary updates.

Required profile

• At least 3‑5 years of experience in customer service (inbound/outbound) and policy servicing or similar operations roles.
• Strong proficiency in English communication (reading, writing, speaking) for clear documentation and issue resolution.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and adhere to rotational shift schedules.
• Attention to detail and systematic work habits to reduce errors and improve data integrity.
