Customer Service Representative – Policy Servicing

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Policy Servicing team. The role focuses on handling life and annuities insurance policies, ensuring accurate processing and high customer satisfaction. The position is office‑based with day shifts and requires flexibility for training from 10 AM to 7 PM CR time.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage policy servicing requests with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain and update policyholder records in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve policy‑related queries and discrepancies promptly.
• Utilize MS Office tools to prepare, analyze, and present policy data and reports.
• Support policy amendments, endorsements, and cancellations while adhering to Life and Annuities Insurance guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address policy concerns and provide clear resolutions.
• Conduct regular audits of policy data to ensure accuracy and identify improvement areas.
• Assist in developing and implementing best practices for policy servicing operations.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data management and presentation.
• Strong understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance, including policy structures and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional client interaction.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Problem‑solving mindset to address policy‑related issues effectively.
• Proactive attitude toward learning new processes and technologies.
