Customer Service Representative – Outbound Call Center (Sales Focus)

About the role

Calls Experts is seeking motivated, sales‑oriented Customer Service Representatives to join its remote outbound call center team. In this phone‑based position you will engage prospective clients, pre‑qualify them for life and final expense insurance quotes, and hand them off to licensed sales advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Make and receive outbound cold‑calls to prospective clients.
• Build rapport quickly and gather accurate customer information.
• Pre‑qualify prospects for insurance quotes and handle objections professionally.
• Transfer qualified leads to licensed sales advisors.
• Maintain quality standards and meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional accent.
• Strong communication, active listening and objection‑handling abilities.
• Experience in pre‑sales, appointment setting, telesales, lead generation, customer service or call‑center environments.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt to different projects and campaigns.

What we offer

• Full‑time remote schedule: 9 AM‑6 PM EDT, 5 days a week.
• Base pay of $3.98 per hour (≈ $788/month) plus performance bonuses up to $500 per month.
