About the role

Join a global contact‑center provider as a remote Customer Service Representative focused on outbound sales. You will engage prospective clients over the phone, pre‑qualify them for life‑insurance and final‑expense quotes, and pass qualified leads to licensed advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold‑calls to prospective clients and receive inbound calls.
• Build rapport quickly and engage prospects in a professional manner.
• Pre‑qualify leads for life‑insurance and final‑expense quotes.
• Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving forward.
• Gather accurate customer information and transfer qualified prospects to licensed sales advisors.
• Maintain professionalism while meeting quality and performance targets.

Required profile

• Strong sales mindset and comfort speaking with new people daily.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional accent.
• Effective communication, active listening, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Experience in pre‑sales, appointment setting, telesales, lead generation, customer service, or call‑center environments.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Adaptability to different projects and campaigns.

• Base pay of $3.98 per hour (approximately $788 per month based on 198 hours).
