Customer Service Representative

About the role

Based in the Heredia Shared Service Center, the Customer Service team supports clients throughout the order lifecycle, handling invoicing, administration, quotations, order management and master data. Customer Service Representatives deliver prompt, accurate assistance to internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process and follow up customer requests related to invoicing, orders, quotations and master data in line with division guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales, distribution, finance and other partner functions to resolve issues and fulfill requests.
• Maintain high data accuracy using CRM and ERP systems and generate daily service reports.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly KPI targets and contribute to efficiency initiatives.
• Support cross‑training activities and assist other customer service teams as needed.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred).
