Customer Service Representative

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service in invoicing, order management, quotations, and master data. The role operates in an office environment with a flexible 8‑hour shift scheduled between 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer service for invoicing, administration, order management, quotations, and master data.
• Handle partner concerns and complex customer requirements while adhering to guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales, distribution, and finance teams to resolve issues.
• Become proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Follow company policies, operational regulations, and training guidelines.
• Meet performance indicators and contribute to efficiency initiatives.
• Participate in projects, cross‑training, and peak‑season support activities.
• Maintain data accuracy and assist in training development.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0 years of customer service experience in an SSC/multinational environment.
• Strong integrity, problem‑solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic team player with excellent organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
