Customer Service Representative – English & French

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join its Heredia Shared Service Center. You will support customers throughout the order lifecycle, ensuring accurate administration, quotations, and master‑data maintenance while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle order processing, quotations, and administrative tasks for customers.
• Maintain master data and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer requirements and escalations.
• Meet performance metrics and service level agreements consistently.
• Participate in cross‑training and support activities as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum B2 proficiency in English and French.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience in a shared service center, multinational, or office environment.
• Preferred education: Business Administration, Science, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle ambiguous situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
