About the role
Join Lutron Electronics' Customer Service team in Cartago, Costa Rica. As the voice of the company, you will deliver high‑quality support to our customers, ensuring their experience with our lighting control and shading solutions is seamless and satisfying.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and issues with professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Apply creative problem‑solving to propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Continuously expand product knowledge and stay informed about company offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to support retention and growth.
Required profile
- High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Fluent English (C1/C2 level).
- Resides within commuting distance of Cartago for an on‑site schedule.
