Customer Care Representative – Sports Account

About the role

Join a world‑renowned sports retail brand as a Bilingual Customer Care Sports Advisor. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries about purchases, deliveries, accounts, and product recommendations while ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and guidance.
• Assist with order tracking, delivery issues, account updates, and product recommendations.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in multiple systems and ensure follow‑up when needed.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (B2+); bilingual ability preferred.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong listening and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work a full schedule (Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM‑4:30 PM) with flexibility for production needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable navigating several digital applications simultaneously.
