About the role

Join a world‑renowned sports retail brand as a bilingual Customer Care Sports Advisor. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries about purchases, deliveries, accounts, and product recommendations to ensure a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English and Spanish.
Provide product guidance, resolve issues, and process returns or exchanges.
Maintain accurate records in multiple systems while meeting service level targets.

Required profile

Customer‑centric mindset with strong listening and problem‑solving abilities.
Solution‑oriented thinker who can recommend appropriate products and services.
Resilient, adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
