About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Sports Advisors to join a world‑renowned sports retail brand in Pavas, San José. In this position you will act as the primary link between the brand and its customers, delivering exceptional service, answering inquiries, and guiding shoppers through purchases, deliveries, account issues, and product recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and delivery tracking.
• Handle account‑related concerns, including returns, refunds, and updates.
• Offer personalized product recommendations that match customer needs and preferences.
• Maintain a positive, professional tone to ensure every interaction leaves a lasting good impression.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English (B2+ level) and ability to convey information clearly.
