Creative Account Project Manager

About the role

The Creative Account Project Manager is the central communication hub for Power Digital’s Creative team, ensuring seamless delivery of digital marketing projects for our clients. Reporting to the Associate Director of Enterprise Operations and supported by the Project Management Office, you will coordinate across creative, account, and client teams to drive high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the Creative team, internal project managers, and clients.
• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of creative digital marketing deliverables, from brief to launch.
• Oversee multiple concurrent accounts and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects stay on time, on budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with account teams to align project execution with client strategic and tactical objectives.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, and status reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client‑facing project management within a creative or digital marketing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, agency‑style setting while managing multiple priorities.
