Corporate Sales Representative

About the role

We are a hospitality group based in Santa Ana, Costa Rica seeking a results‑driven Corporate Sales Representative to expand our presence in the corporate travel and business accommodation market. The role focuses on prospecting new sectors, closing deals and building long‑term partnerships with corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate accounts and untapped industry sectors.
• Build relationships with decision‑makers responsible for travel and lodging.
• Negotiate and manage corporate hotel agreements and preferred‑rate contracts.
• Generate new revenue through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Collaborate with operations and revenue teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or hospitality sales.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive “hunter” mindset with a track record of opening new doors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hospitality or tourism industry experience is a strong plus.
