Corporate Recruiter – Remote

About the role

The Corporate Recruiter will own end‑to‑end hiring for internal positions across sales, marketing, operations, account management and senior‑level roles. Working remotely, you will partner with global hiring leaders, develop recruitment plans, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of functional areas, from job description creation to offer extension.
• Partner with global hiring managers to fill positions quickly and effectively.
• Post jobs on online platforms, screen employee referrals, and employ creative sourcing methods.
• Schedule and conduct interview assessments, short‑list candidates, and coordinate final interviews.
• Facilitate internal transfers and coordinate onboarding with the HR department.
• Conduct background checks and verify candidate documentation.
• Forecast hiring needs, analyze hiring statistics, and contribute to the annual recruiting budget.
• Provide talent‑advisory insights to leadership based on market trends and talent mapping data.
• Support the Talent Acquisition Manager on recruitment regulations, processes and policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle corporate recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment regulations, background‑check procedures and onboarding processes.
• Ability to analyze hiring data and market trends.
• Experience collaborating with global hiring leaders and senior executives.
