Coordinator, Supplier Management & Delivery

About the role

The Coordinator, Supplier Management & Delivery ensures the accuracy and integrity of fare and content displays across global distribution systems (GDS). Working remotely, you will support the travel booking process by conducting audits, validating content, and identifying discrepancies that affect reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Validate travel content across Sabre and Amadeus GDS channels.
• Conduct routine audits of air and hotel content.
• Perform real‑time fare and rate audits to detect errors.
• Identify inefficiencies in content loading and validation workflows.
• Diagnose discrepancies, determine root causes, and propose corrective actions.
• Communicate analysis results effectively to internal regional teams and recommend actionable levers.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with Sabre and Amadeus.
• Prior experience in the travel industry, focusing on air and/or hotel content.
• Experience with data validation, quality‑assurance processes, or auditing workflows.
• Ability to interpret information, spot anomalies, and articulate findings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of airline fare rules or hotel rate distribution is a plus.
