About the role

Deinsa Global is launching a virtual internship program for high‑performing students who want to start a professional career as a Junior Project and Alliances Coordinator in the government and NGO sector. The role focuses on supporting business development activities, managing tender searches, and preparing competitive proposals for consulting projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and register public tenders across Latin American countries in the internal database.
• Draft initial reports and executive summaries covering guarantees, economic aspects, contracts, subcontracting, and partnership details.
• Track potential projects, ensure compliance with stakeholder requirements, and coordinate the transformation of rejected tenders into viable opportunities.
• Prepare and submit interest letters, technical offers, and economic proposals through designated portals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to generate leads, develop proposals, and produce corporate/legal documentation for the DELPHOS platform.

Required profile

• Current student in Law, International Relations, Political Science, Business Administration, or related fields with a focus on commercial relations.
• Strong analytical abilities and interest in government and NGO consulting projects.
• Excellent written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
