About the role

Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo is seeking a Cook C to join its culinary brigade. The role involves active participation in preparing dishes during service while maintaining the high standards expected in a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and plating of menu items during service.
• Perform sanitation, cleaning, and organization of kitchen workstations.
• Receive, store, and handle food deliveries according to safety protocols.
• Support the production of meals for guests, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum six months experience in a kitchen or similar food‑service role.
• Experience in luxury hotel or resort settings is desirable.
• Strong understanding of quality and service standards.
• High level of integrity, ethical decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Food preparation techniques.
• Sanitation and food safety practices.
• Proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
