About the role

The Control Tower Data Intelligence role focuses on designing and building robust data pipelines that acquire, cleanse, and store raw data from diverse sources. The individual will transform data into features for machine‑learning models, train statistical models, and ensure reliable production deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop automated data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage of multi‑format data.
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries across various databases.
• Prepare data sets for machine‑learning by selecting, manipulating, and engineering features.
• Train, evaluate, and deploy statistical and machine‑learning models in production environments.
• Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and iterate improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and external stakeholders to deliver data‑driven outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and feedback to team members.
