Job description
About the role
LCI Veritas is looking for a Content Specialist who reports to the Marketing Manager. The role manages and grows the institution's digital presence and community across its active social platforms, acting as its voice online: sparking conversation, strengthening the brand's reputation and turning engagement into a tool for lead generation and student community loyalty. It translates the marketing strategy into content for each audience and platform, produces original content featuring students, alumni and faculty, covers institutional events and analyzes audience behavior to produce performance reports.
Key responsibilities
- Design and run the monthly editorial calendar, writing copy, captions, scripts and text for organic and paid posts
- Create, edit, publish and manage content such as portraits, interviews and short features, and respond to the community while escalating reputation risks to the manager
- Apply the Brand Book, design daily graphics and coordinate complex pieces with the design team and photography, video, animation and production vendors
- Track reach, engagement, growth and lead generation metrics, prepare periodic performance reports and propose data-driven improvements
- Plan and run digital coverage of institutional, academic, student and recruitment events, with real-time content, recaps and testimonials, and organize reusable graphic and audiovisual material
- Coordinate, with the manager's approval, relationships with ambassadors, influencers and agencies, and collaborate on special projects
- Support the manager with event logistics: vendor coordination, materials, setup, schedules and on-site follow-up
- Verify image-use and personal data authorizations and respect copyright
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising Design, Visual Communication or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, digital content creation and social media management, preferably for brands targeting upper-middle and high-income audiences
- Experience in the education or services sector preferred
- Advanced English
Required skills
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus
- Short-form video editing (Premiere Pro and/or CapCut) and knowledge of photography and video composition, lighting and framing
- Content scheduling platforms; basic Google Analytics and digital metrics knowledge
What we offer
- One remote work day per week
- Solidarity association (employee savings association)
- Meal allowance
- On-site company doctor and psychological support services
- Study scholarships
- On-site fitness room and gym partnership
