Concierge – Luxury Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

The Concierge at Silvestre creates seamless, personalized experiences for guests staying in our boutique‑style Grand Residences in Nosara, Costa Rica. Working from the front desk and private consultation spaces, you will design itineraries, coordinate activities, and ensure every interaction feels effortless and luxurious.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact from inquiry through post‑departure, managing the full guest journey.
• Design and curate bespoke itineraries, including surf lessons, dining reservations, wellness sessions, and private excursions.
• Coordinate with local providers and internal teams to secure bookings and confirm details.
• Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and follow up without being asked.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and interactions in the property’s system.
• Collaborate with the Front Desk Manager and Operations Manager to align services with operational standards.

Required profile

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Deep knowledge of Nosara’s attractions, culture, and service providers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including six‑day weeks and variable schedules based on guest needs.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously.
