Compensation Benefits Analyst

About the role

The Compensation Benefits Analyst provides frontline support to employees on benefits‑related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions while delivering a high level of customer service. This role operates within a contact‑center environment, handling cases and emails, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to improve policies and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and resolve employee inquiries primarily via cases and email.
• Take ownership of each contact, applying problem‑solving and customer‑obsession principles.
• Reference FAQs, knowledge‑base articles, and SOPs to resolve issues; escalate when necessary.
• Build trust through empathetic, personalized conversations and adapt case‑management plans to evolving employee needs.
• Use critical thinking to balance process adherence with employee needs and determine suitable resolutions.
• Collaborate with partner teams on process changes to address cross‑functional issues and improve policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or at least one year of experience working on benefits.
• Experience providing consultation on HR, benefits, or complex employee matters.
• Minimum one year of contact‑center or help‑desk experience.
• Strong attention to detail, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information and adhere to data‑privacy standards.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
