Communications Coordinator

About the role

The Granicus Experience Group (GXG) is seeking a Communications Coordinator to help design, develop, and deliver omnichannel campaigns for government customers. You will work within the Communications Practice Area, collaborating with experience designers and data analysts to improve the effectiveness of digital communications.

Key responsibilities

• Support key message development and evaluate existing customer content.
• Identify optimization opportunities for outreach and personalization.
• Develop, deliver, and manage account‑configuration solutions for segmentation and reporting.
• Create email campaign plans, conduct A/B testing, build campaigns, and manage segmentation.
• Collaborate with experience designers and data analysts to assess program performance.

Required profile

• Experience creating content for multichannel campaigns or websites.
• Ability to analyze data to inform communication decisions.
• Background working on large‑scale or program‑level projects, preferably for government clients.
• Familiarity with email campaign planning, A/B testing, and segmentation.
