Commercial Support Specialist

About the role

The Commercial Support Specialist joins Roche's Commercial Support Team to act as a subject‑matter expert for Quote‑to‑Contract and Order‑to‑Cash processes across Roche Diagnostics. You will partner with Roche divisions and global affiliates to support commercial applications, manage contract lifecycle systems, and improve data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support and expertise for commercial ecosystems and contract‑management solutions, handling quote, contract, fulfillment, and billing workflows.
• Resolve user inquiries, service requests, and platform/data issues via ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, identifying root causes and driving resolution.
• Perform system administration, operational support, and routine data cleansing to ensure data quality and alignment with global best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders across business and IT at local, regional, and global levels to support solution roll‑outs.
• Analyze operational data to deliver insights, synthesize information, and recommend continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related economics discipline.
• At least 2 years of business‑related experience in order/contract management or project coordination, preferably in a global matrix environment.
• Strong understanding of sales and service ecosystems, contracting and pricing processes, and enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication, service orientation, and stakeholder‑management skills with fluent spoken and written English.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented problem solver who thrives under pressure in a fast‑paced virtual team.
