Commercial Advisor – Forklift Sales

About the role

Parmonca is seeking a results‑driven Commercial Advisor to promote and sell forklift equipment, cargo‑handling solutions, and storage systems to industrial and logistics customers in the San José area. The role combines consultative selling with strong customer relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and rental targets.
• Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities.
• Analyze clients' operational and logistics needs.
• Present customized, competitive commercial proposals.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Record and update all activities in the company’s CRM and other tools.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure delivery of promised conditions.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to the Commercial Management team.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience selling or advising forklift equipment, cargo‑handling gear, or storage solutions.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with assertive communication.
• Strong relationship‑building, organizational, and adaptability skills.
• Commitment to achieving results and meeting targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using Odoo or similar commercial management software.
• Competence in standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
