Collections Supervisor

About the role

Snap Finance is looking for a Collections Supervisor to lead a team of collection agents. In this role you will coach, motivate and ensure high‑quality performance while supporting the company’s mission of providing flexible financing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily performance of a collection team through coaching, feedback and quality‑assurance reviews.
• Identify process gaps, conduct reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to departmental strategy.
• Manage administrative duties such as timecards, scheduling and payroll updates.
• Monitor shared email inboxes and handle escalated customer interactions.
• Support agents with de‑escalation techniques and participate in special projects.
• Report system or tool issues to the appropriate teams.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication with customers, team members and partners.
• Consistent achievement of departmental KPI goals over the past three months.
• Minimum 90 days in current role with no corrective actions.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience leading a collections team.
