Cloud Infrastructure Engineer – AWS (Remote)

About the role
Experian is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and automate secure, scalable AWS environments for Experian Health. The role focuses on Infrastructure as Code, reusable cloud patterns, and EKS operations, enabling application teams to deploy efficiently across a multi‑account AWS landscape.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
- Create reusable modules and standardized cloud patterns.
- Build, maintain, and optimise Amazon EKS clusters.
- Partner with application teams to onboard cloud‑native workloads.
- Implement and enforce AWS security best practices, including IAM, networking, encryption, and logging.
- Troubleshoot and continuously improve cloud reliability, automation, and cost efficiency.
Required profile
- 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in hands‑on AWS infrastructure engineering.
- Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.
- Solid understanding of AWS networking and cloud security fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering teams.
