Cloud Engineer (Hybrid, Curridabat)

About the role

The Cloud Engineer will work full‑time in a hybrid setting based in Curridabat, with occasional remote days. You will design, deploy and maintain cloud‑based solutions, ensuring performance, scalability and reliability for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage cloud infrastructure and services.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents and optimise scalability.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud resources into applications.
• Enhance and automate infrastructure using DevOps practices.
• Manage cloud resource allocation, cost and security.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, infrastructure and Linux systems.
• Experience in software development and ability to work closely with developers.
• Understanding of databases and data‑management concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of network operations and system architecture is a plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies is beneficial.
