Clinic Administrator

About the role

EDental, part of Grupo Casazo, is looking for a proactive Clinic Administrator to lead the daily operations of its dental clinic in Alajuela. You will ensure seamless service delivery, drive process efficiency, and create an exceptional experience for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete operation of the clinic, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
• Coordinate and supervise both administrative and operational teams.
• Monitor performance indicators and management metrics.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and business growth.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachiller en Educación Media) with a background in dental technology or a related field.
• Advanced studies in dentistry are desirable.
• Minimum five years of experience managing clinics or health‑care centers.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license, own vehicle, and intermediate English proficiency.
