About the role

The Client Tech Support – Senior Associate III provides advanced technical support for enterprise platforms, ensuring stability across application, infrastructure, and data layers. This role involves troubleshooting production incidents, validating configurations, and participating in 24x7 on‑call rotations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot production incidents.
• Validate system configurations and ensure platform stability.
• Investigate complex issues and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams.
• Support operational processes such as security certificate management, reporting, and environment validation.
• Participate in 24x7 rotating on‑call support for customers and internal groups.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Application Support, Systems Support, Production Support, or Technical Operations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal English communication (B2 level).

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel and Power BI for operational reporting.
• IIS administration, SSL/TLS certificate handling.
• SQL database querying and troubleshooting.
• Windows Server administration and TCP/IP fundamentals.
• PowerShell and VBScript scripting.
• ServiceNow and Jira ticketing systems.
