Client Partner Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Client Partner Lead to join Aleph’s team in Costa Rica. In this role you will help advertisers unlock the full potential of TikTok by delivering tailored business solutions and building high‑impact relationships with top agencies and direct clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business growth for TikTok by identifying client objectives and developing strategic advertising solutions.
• Build, manage, and expand relationships with Big6 agency groups, direct advertisers, and executive‑level stakeholders.
• Lead consultative sales conversations and proposals, leveraging market insights, data and platform knowledge.
• Partner with Aleph’s internal sales teams to onboard priority accounts and elevate clients to long‑term partner status.
• Create persuasive sales presentations, proposals and case studies that drive measurable outcomes.
• Maintain a strong pipeline, deliver accurate forecasts and report on performance.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to execute operational initiatives and strategic growth plans.
• Act as a public speaker and platform evangelist, inspiring clients with compelling narratives about TikTok’s potential.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales or online advertising.
• Strong existing relationships with decision‑makers in the local market, especially within Big6 agencies and key advertisers.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media and mobile advertising.
• Proven track record of scaling agency and direct advertiser investments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with a talent for storytelling and public speaking.
• Ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations and business strategies.
• Energetic, creative and goal‑oriented.

Required skills

• Experience with self‑serve, auction and biddable ad buying platforms.
