Change Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Change Management Specialist to drive employee adoption of digital products and new ways of working. In this internal‑focused role you will partner with agile product teams, design communication strategies, and apply behavioral science to ensure successful change outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies that support digital product adoption and embed desired behaviors.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, and create mitigation plans.
• Design, write, and distribute clear communication content tailored to user needs.
• Support training and enablement initiatives, tracking KPIs and measuring adoption results.
• Collaborate with product, design, and external partners to align change activities with product roadmaps.
• Integrate behavioral science principles into change approaches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in change management, preferably in agile environments.
• Strong interest or exposure to behavioral science applied to change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Formal change management certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree with solid academic performance is preferred.
