About the role

The Electrical Foreman will lead the daily electrical and mechanical activities on the Santa Ana Urban Project (Phase 4). This full‑time, permanent position reports to the site manager and ensures that all works are performed safely, on schedule, and according to technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of the electrical and mechanical crews.
• Plan and allocate work according to the project schedule and drawings.
• Verify that all installations comply with electrical plans, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage the proper use of materials, tools, and equipment on site.
• Monitor occupational safety, report incidents, and ensure risk‑prevention measures are followed.

Required profile

• Proven leadership ability with 2‑3 years of experience supervising work crews.
• Strong organizational and decision‑making skills.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and project objectives.
• Immediate availability to join the team.

Required skills

• Interpretation of electrical drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of electromechanical systems and mechanical work.
• Supervision of electrical and mechanical installations.
• Use of construction tools and equipment on site.
