Call Center Sales Agent (Warm Leads)

About the role

Join a fully remote call‑center team that sells self‑storage rentals to warm leads. You will turn inbound calls and online inquiries into confirmed rentals, providing a seamless, tech‑driven experience for customers across Latin America and the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and online leads, guiding prospects through unit options, pricing, and availability.
• Upsell additional services to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Handle move‑out calls with empathy, aiming to retain customers through tailored rebuttals.
• Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Meet daily performance targets for conversions, follow‑ups, and call volume.
• Participate in team huddles and training sessions to stay sharp.
• Deliver consistent, on‑brand customer service.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or a call‑center environment.
• Confident, persuasive communicator with strong listening skills.
• Goal‑driven, competitive and able to exceed quotas.
• Comfortable working US time zones and meeting a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload.
• Adaptable, coachable and quick‑thinking problem solver.
