Buying Center Analyst

About the role

The Buying Center Analyst will support Bacardi's indirect procurement function, ensuring smooth processing of purchase orders and timely invoice handling. The role is focused on maintaining high performance of the Procure‑to‑Pay (PTP) process while delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process purchase orders for all indirect procurement categories.
• Create and follow up on Good Receipt (GR) for corresponding Purchase Orders (PO).
• Monitor PTP Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and generate actions to improve performance.
• Provide direct customer service support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in developing and delivering training materials and sessions.
• Support vendor master data maintenance by coordinating with the global team.
• Manage invoice backlog and coordinate follow‑up with local market teams.
• Organise regular market review meetings to present monthly KPIs and drive follow‑ups.
• Support PTP migration tasks and answer system‑related queries.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Procure‑to‑Pay (PTP) tasks or related activities.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English (intermediate level).
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to manage changing priorities independently.
• Team‑oriented with a positive attitude.

Required skills

• ERP knowledge, preferably SAP.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel – pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas; PowerPoint; Outlook; Word).
