Business Systems & Process Specialist

About the role

As a Business Systems & Process Specialist within our Customer Service organization, you will be the primary point of contact for SAP SD issues reported by users. You will diagnose whether a case is a user question or a system problem and work closely with IT to ensure timely resolution while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD and related system issues reported by Customer Service users.
• Diagnose cases to determine if they are user inquiries or true system defects.
• Act as the liaison between end‑users and IT until issues are resolved.
• Participate in system and process improvement projects as a tester and subject‑matter expert.
• Develop test scripts, validate changes before go‑live, and support UAT activities.
• Represent the LATAM region alongside global peers in the US, Canada, Europe, and APAC.
• Communicate system status and process updates to the Customer Service organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field (preferred).
• Functional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Hands‑on, user‑level knowledge of SAP SD order entry and end‑to‑end order processing.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer‑facing, business‑process or project‑support environment.
• Experience creating test scripts, conducting UAT and performing data validation.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional, global teams across time zones.
• Self‑starter, quick learner with a reliable, team‑oriented attitude.
• Availability for occasional schedule flexibility (1–2 times per year) for project go‑lives.
