Business Support Analyst – SICOP & Public Procurement

About the role

The Business Support Analyst will ensure smooth execution of public procurement processes using the SICOP platform. You will act as a liaison between internal teams and external authorities, guaranteeing that all tender documentation and guarantees are correctly managed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage activities related to public tender processes through the SICOP platform.
• Review tender specifications and draft sworn statements for legal review and signature.
• Coordinate the request, processing, and approval of bank guarantees required for tenders.
• Track Treasury approvals and secure necessary signatures on related documents.
• Provide guidance and support to company representatives on SICOP usage, following established procedures.

Required profile

• Completed university degree.
• Proven experience in public procurement and using the SICOP platform.
• Experience handling documentation required in tender specifications.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B2+).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills.
