About the role
The Business Solutions Specialist works directly with Toptal’s clients to understand their consulting needs, match them with suitable Management Consultants from our talent network, and support the engagement from start to finish. This is a fully remote position.
Key responsibilities
- Gather client requirements, define job descriptions and talent responsibilities.
- Search talent profiles, shortlist candidates, confirm availability and introduce them to clients.
- Customize talent rates, adjust commitment types and schedule engagement dates.
- Obtain feedback, maintain detailed platform documentation and provide guidance to consultants.
- Investigate and resolve disputes in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting or strategic advisory roles.
- Full‑time availability during EST or PST working hours.
- Strong communication, relationship development and emotional intelligence skills.
- Ability to understand ambiguous business needs and translate them into consultant requirements.
