About the role

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst with expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace to support AI system training. This remote contract position involves creating high‑quality business content, evaluating AI‑generated outputs, and translating complex scenarios into structured tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and assess business documents, data sets, and presentations within Google Workspace for AI training purposes.
• Provide detailed feedback on formatting, organization, and best‑practice standards.
• Compare AI‑generated outputs against real‑world business standards and suggest improvements.
• Convert complex business scenarios into clear, structured tasks for model development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure training data accuracy and relevance.
• Prepare written and verbal reports summarizing findings and recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum experience in business intelligence or strategy consulting.
• Advanced degree with a strong academic background in business.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Expert‑level use of Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
