Business Performance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Business Performance Analyst to support data‑driven decision‑making across our international marketing operations ecosystem. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to collect, analyse and interpret data, uncover trends and provide insights that improve business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and validate data from various sources to build reports.
• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for growth or efficiency.
• Develop dashboards, visualisations and reports for management.
• Collaborate with marketing operations teams.
• Monitor KPIs and provide ongoing performance reporting.
• Identify process‑improvement areas and propose data‑backed solutions.

Required profile

• Very good level of English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Looker Studio / Data Studio.
