Business Intelligence & Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Business Intelligence & Data Analyst to turn data into actionable business insights. You will work closely with stakeholders to define KPIs, build intuitive dashboards, and support data‑driven decision making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives and define key performance indicators.
• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and other visual reporting solutions.
• Translate complex data sets into clear, compelling visual stories.
• Ensure reporting solutions are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, influence reporting standards, and help improve BI capabilities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Tableau dashboard development.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, define KPIs, and work directly with business stakeholders.
• Solid SQL knowledge and experience handling large data sets.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced verbal and written English proficiency.
