About the role
SiteMinder is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and expand its presence in the hospitality technology market. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospect outreach to closing, and work closely with product and partner teams to ensure customer success.
Key responsibilities
- Create new business opportunities and upsell existing customers across the assigned territory.
- Manage the complete sales process, including demos, proposal preparation, quoting, and contract negotiation.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate activity records in SiteMinder’s CRM system.
- Gather and relay client feedback to the Product Team for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with local industry groups, travel associations and attend events to promote SiteMinder’s solutions.
- Travel occasionally to client sites for meetings and presentations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in new‑business acquisition, preferably within SaaS.
- Background in hotel technology, OTA, or revenue management is a strong plus.
- Self‑motivated, resilient and able to work independently to meet challenging targets.
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems for tracking sales activities.
