Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive commercial growth by prospecting, managing and closing business opportunities for integrated services. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, quotation follow‑up and continuous support for new commercial partners.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the assigned sales budget for the prospect partner portfolio.
• Execute a weekly visit plan and present weekly results.
• Manage and follow up new opportunities from commercial partners.
• Prepare, present and control quotation requests for new partners.
• Deliver monthly reports on overall performance and sales target achievement.
• Collaborate with various company divisions to meet established guidelines.
• Support the finance department in credit and collection administration.
• Maintain up‑to‑date files, partner profiles, quotations and related documentation.

Required profile

• University studies (4‑6 years) in Business Administration, International Trade or a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency (approximately 70%).
• 3‑5 years of experience in logistics, integrated services sales or customer service.
• Own vehicle, professional appearance and strong oral and written communication.
• Willingness to travel within the metropolitan area and rural zones.
• Availability for onsite work and a permanent contract.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
