Business Analysis Associate (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analysis Associate to support decision‑making through data insights. You will work remotely with cross‑functional teams, helping to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational data to uncover trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support proposals for changes and optimisations to key processes based on data analysis.
• Assist leadership with data requests and contribute to analytical studies.
• Build reports and dashboards that enable informed decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Client Services, IT, HR, Marketing, Talent Acquisition and other teams.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across business areas.

Required profile

• Experience in business analysis, data analysis or a related role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data.
• Familiarity with cross‑functional business teams.
• Experience using data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills to present insights to stakeholders.
• Advanced level of English.
