Billing Analyst

About the role

Owner is looking for a Billing Analyst to own end‑to‑end billing operations across its fast‑growing SaaS platform for local businesses. This fully remote position supports the company’s revenue engine by ensuring accurate subscription management, timely adjustments, and seamless financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute billing processes for all business units, including subscription creation, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.
• Reconcile Stripe transactions with Salesforce and internal finance systems to guarantee data consistency.
• Monitor custom billing metrics, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, GTM, and Product teams to improve billing hygiene, reduce errors, and enhance collections.
• Document billing workflows, controls, and SOPs to support scaling operations.

Required profile

• Experience in billing, subscription management, or finance operations within a SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex billing issues.
• Comfortable working remotely and coordinating across distributed teams.
• Based in Mexico or Colombia (or willing to work from these regions).
