About the role
We are seeking a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a senior executive at a fast‑growing startup. The position is fully remote and open to candidates based in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador or Nicaragua. You will act as the executive’s right‑hand, ensuring smooth daily operations and strategic support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses and event planning.
- Improve internal workflows, conduct data analysis, prepare reports and maintain SOPs.
- Create and update documentation, coordinate projects and facilitate internal communication.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer or Account Manager.
- English proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken).
- At least one prior role held for 2 + years.
- Proactive attitude and comfort working independently.

- Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total, with raises every 6 months.
