About the role
We are seeking a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a senior executive of a US or Canadian startup. The position is fully remote and open to candidates residing in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, or Nicaragua. You will blend high‑level administrative support with operational project work to keep the executive’s day running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
- Improve internal workflows, conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and maintain SOPs and documentation.
- Coordinate projects and facilitate internal communication across teams.
- Support day‑to‑day operational tasks to ensure seamless execution of business processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, Account Manager).
- Fluent English at C1 level, both written and spoken.
- At least one prior position held for 2 + years.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently without constant direction.
