About the role
We are looking for a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a senior executive at a fast‑growing startup. The role is fully remote and open to candidates located in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador or Nicaragua.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reporting and event planning.
- Streamline internal workflows, conduct data analysis, prepare reports, create SOPs and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate projects and facilitate cross‑functional communication within the organization.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer or Account Manager.
- Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
- Proactive attitude and comfortable working independently.

What we offer
- Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total with raises every six months.
- Fixed schedule, no overtime or weekend work.
