About the role
We are looking for a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a senior executive at a fast‑growing startup. This full‑time remote position offers the chance to apply your leadership experience in a dynamic, women‑focused organization operating across Latin America.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
- Improve internal workflows, conduct data analysis, create reports, SOPs, and documentation.
- Coordinate projects and facilitate internal communication across teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, Account Manager).
- Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to work independently, be proactive, and handle ambiguity.

What we offer
- Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total with raises every 6 months.
