Bilingual Virtual Executive Assistant – Remote

About the role
We are looking for a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a US or Canadian startup executive. The position is fully remote and open to candidates living in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador or Nicaragua.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses and event planning.
- Streamline workflows, conduct data analysis, prepare reports and maintain SOPs and documentation.
- Coordinate internal projects and facilitate cross‑team communication.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer or Account Manager.
- Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and take initiative.

What we offer
- Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total, with raises every six months.
